How to Request Customization


Step 1: Browse our website or contact our sales team to identify the product you’d like to customize.

Step 2: Submit your customization by emailing sales@dwr-furniture.com. Include details such as material preferences, dimensions, design changes, and any other specifications.

Step 3: Our team will review your request and provide a quote, including any additional costs and estimated production time.

​

Step 4: Once you approve the quote, we’ll begin crafting your custom piece.

Pricing and Payment


Customization may incur additional costs depending on the complexity of the request, materials used, and labor involved.

​

A 30% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

​

Production Time


Custom orders typically take 15 - 45 days to produce, depending on the complexity and current workload.

We will provide an estimated delivery timeline when you place your order.

Quality Assurance


All custom pieces undergo the same rigorous quality checks as our standard products to ensure they meet our high standards.

If there are any issues with your custom order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges


Due to the personalized nature of customization products orders, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless there is a defect or error on our part.

​

If a return is approved, the refund amount will exclude customization fees and shipping costs.

​

Limitations
Some products may have limitations on customization due to design or structural constraints.

We reserve the right to decline customization requests that are not feasible or do not meet our quality standards.
