Return Exchange and Refund Policy
1. Upon Receiving Your Order,
If you find any of the following issues after receiving your order:
1.1 Damage or Missing Items: The product is damaged or parts are missing.
1.2 Quality Issues: The product has defects or does not function properly.
1.3 Obvious Color or Size Errors (see Color and Size Disclaimer): The product does not match the description.
Please contact us within 7 natural days of receiving the goods. We will send you a replacement at no cost. Note: You may need to prove that the damage or loss occurred during our shipping process. If someone else managed or transported the goods on your behalf after delivery, this may not qualify for return/exchange. Please provide unboxing videos or photos as proof.
2. Warranty Service
We offer a 5 - years warranty. If any quality issues arise during this period, we will replace defective parts or send you a new product free of charge.
Exclusions: This does not apply to consumable items such as bulbs, batteries, cushions, armrests, backrests, table surfaces, entertainment equipment, rugs, or other items prone to natural wear and tear.
After the warranty period, we offer paid replacement services at discounted rates.
3. Returns/Exchanges Due to Personal Reasons
If you want to return or exchange an item due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, etc.), please submit a request within 7 natural days of receiving the goods and provide a brief explanation (you may need to include photos or videos of the item). After confirmation that the item meets our return/exchange policy, you must send the item back to our designated address along with all original packaging (including manuals, documents, accessories, gifts, etc.). The item must be in its original, unused condition.
3.1 Return Only: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
3.2 Exchange: In addition to the return shipping costs, you will also need to cover the shipping costs for the new item.
4. Returns Due to Quality Issues
If you want to return an item due to quality issues, please submit a request within 7 natural days of receiving the goods and provide a brief explanation (you may need to include photos or videos of the item). After confirmation that the item meets our return policy, you must send it back to our designated address along with all original packaging. The item must be in its original, unused condition.
We will refund 4.1 the original shipping costs and 4.2 return shipping costs (which you may need to prepay) after we receive and inspect the item.
The refund will be returned to your original payment method. If you wish to refund to a different account, you must prove that the account belongs to the same payer.
5. Refund Process
After receiving your returned item, we will verify if it matches your stated reason and ensure it is in its original, unused condition (except for quality issues). If everything checks out, we will refund the corresponding amount (including applicable shipping costs 4.1 and 4.2) to your original payment method within 10 - 25 business days.
6. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items or situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Special-sized products.
Used products (except for quality issues).
Discounted products.
Products with known defects that were acknowledged before purchase.
Products with minor color or size differences (see Color and Size Disclaimer).
Changes in the recipient of the return or significant changes in the return address (e.g., between countries or moving from mainland to an island).
