Out-of-Stock or Customized Items: Delivery times vary depending on production, customization, and order quantity, typically ranging from 15 to 45 days.

Transit Time:

Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and shipping method, usually taking 7- 60 business days for international orders.

Small Items: Shipped via international express (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Large Furniture: Shipped via sea freight or intermodal transportation (sea/rail/road) for cost efficiency.

Express Options: Available upon request for faster delivery (additional charges apply).

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. You can view the shipping fee during checkout by entering your address. The default shipping cost displayed at checkout is shipping to the nearest port for large furniture or the express cost for small items. Home delivery or local pickup arrangements may incur additional fees.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number or bill of lading. For sea freight, we provide the bill of lading, and for express shipments, you can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website or a universal tracking platform like 17Track.

Customs and Duties:
For shipping to the nearest port , customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the products or shipping costs; For home delivery, all fees are fully included, and you just need to wait at home for your delivery.

Home Delivery: Available for most destinations (On islands far away from land and in extremely cold areas, additional fees may apply).

Port/Warehouse Pickup: For large furniture orders, you can arrange local transportation from the nearest port or logistics hub to your address. This is often the most cost-effective option and is also the default shipping option of this website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will work with the logistics provider to resolve the issue promptly.
